Winding through majestic scenery, the Verde Canyon Railroad provides a one-of-a-kind journey into Arizona’s backcountry. This heritage railroad takes passengers on round-trip excursions through red rocks and remote wilderness accessible only by train. Along the way, you’ll encounter ancient ruins, the Verde River, and a 680-foot curved tunnel. Restored vintage railcars, climate-controlled and equipped with panoramic windows and open-air platforms, let you take in every cliff face, eagle sighting, and sunlit bend.
Guests are welcomed with a charcuterie tray and a sparkling wine or cider piccolo. When you’re ready for more, premium adult beverages and snacks can be ordered and delivered right to your seat by a dedicated car attendant.
